Recently, Bill Gates wrote an article published in the New York Times entitled How to Keep America Competitive. In it, he claims that innovation is the source of U.S. economic leadership. One of the two critical steps to maintaining that competitive edge he identifies is that “We must also make it easier for foreign-born scientists and engineers to work for U.S. companies.” Read the full article here.
